Dr. Mary Rose Ramirez
Dr. Mary Rose Ramirez is a board-certified dermatologist and lifelong San Antonio resident. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, her Master’s at the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center, and her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Her distinguished training includes a preliminary internal medicine internship at the University of New Mexico, where she was honored as Preliminary Intern of the Year, followed by a dermatology residency at Duke University, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year.
Her clinical expertise spans surgical dermatology, skin cancer prevention and treatment, laser surgery, and advanced cosmetic procedures such as tumescent liposuction and SmartLipo. Recognized with the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery Resident Scholarship, Dr. Ramirez has presented at numerous national conferences and authored multiple peer-reviewed articles, contributing to advancements in the field.
As an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Texas Medical Association, Dr. Ramirez remains at the forefront of dermatologic innovation. She is dedicated to bringing her unparalleled expertise and patient-centered approach to the patients she serves at her thriving practice Rose Dermatology in San Antonio, TX.

Lauren Mayo DNP, FNP-C
Lauren Mayo is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the medical field. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Science Center and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from Baylor University.
Her professional nursing career began in 2014 in the adult intensive care unit and later transitioned into facial plastics in 2017. Lauren has been specializing in aesthetic injectables since 2022. Throughout her career, she's developed deep admiration for connecting with patients and educating them on best practices.
Lauren brings safety and high quality care into her daily aesthetic practices. Her goal is to help her patient’s feel beautiful inside and out! Lauren loves full facial consults and developing a unique regimen tailored to the individual.

Erma Morris, MLA, is a renowned Medical Aesthetician with over 25 years of experience helping clients look and feel their best. Guided by her personal mission, “To Bring Out the Beauty Within,” Erma combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, results-driven approach to skincare. Her deep understanding of skin science and aesthetics has earned her the trust of patients, peers, and industry leaders.
Erma’s background is rooted in advanced medical aesthetics and clinical skincare. She has completed extensive certifications, including: The Science of Skin Rejuvenation in Paramedical Studies, specializing in the Applied Science of Chemexfoliation, Advanced Medical Aesthetics Certification from The Skin Institute, Clinical Skin Care Program through Scott & White Memorial Hospital’s Division of Plastic Surgery, with emphasis on Dermatology, Oncology, and the continuity of patient care—covering cosmetic applications, skincare management, and pre- and post-operative consultations for congenital, trauma, and elective procedures.
Erma is a proud member of the International Association of Aesthetics, the Aesthetics International Association, and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Dedicated to excellence, Erma participates in numerous national seminars and conferences each year to stay at the forefront of medical aesthetics. With hands-on experience across more than 27 advanced laser and cosmetic procedures, Erma delivers customized, effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique skin needs.
